There is an African saying; "The blessing is next to the wound". It's a profound suggestion that no matter how our experiences have effected us, we possess the inner resources needed to heal, learn and grow from in order to move forward. By seeking out therapy you are making a decision for a personal journey to better understand life’s conflicts, pain, and stresses. My website will offer you insight into how I approach the therapeutic relationship and process.

I strive to create a non-judgemental, comfortable, calm and nurturing environment. This will allow us to explore together those issues that are most important to you in a safe space while receiving support, guidance, confidentiality and empathic perception. I offer individual, couples, family, and group counseling.

When looking for the right therapist, it is important that you choose someone with whom you feel most comfortable. By listening to your needs, I find the model of therapy that will be most productive, and at times accomplish that by taking an eclectic approach. To find out more about my background click here.
